Gotan Project Tango 3.0 for release in 04
After an absence of almost 4 years The Gotan Project have completed ‘Tango 3.0’ set for release on April 20th.
The Paris based trio of Philippe Cohen Solal, Eduardo Makaroff and Christoph Müller took the world by storm in 2001 with the release of ‘La Revencha del Tango’ a genre bending mixture of tango and electronic.
Canadians, especially those of us living within driving distance of Montreal, have had the opportunity to see the band perform live numerous times over the last few years including memorable evenings at Osheaga and Le Festival International de Jazz de Montreal.

A world tour to support Tango 3.0 is in the works with shows already confirmed for Moscow, St. Petersburg, Cannes, London, Paris, Amsterdam, Brussels, Munich, Berlin, Rome, Florence shortly after the release of the new disc.
